Is 2 min noodles good ?

2 Minute Noodles  are a must-have in any pantry. Full of flavour, these instant noodles are great as a fun and tasty snack, or a quick meal. However, I don’t really want to use their flavour packages as it is full of artificial and processed ingredients. Regular instant noodle consumption has also been associated with an increased risk of metabolic syndrome, a group of symptoms including excess abdominal fat, high blood pressure, high blood sugar and abnormal blood lipid levels.

How do I make this less bad ?

They still are a good snack for a busy family sometimes. The key is to make this more into a meal full with real food or considering not to use the flavour packages that come with. So, I am going to make this in a more nourish. The bowl I am making today will be simple for a very quick snack but you can add lean protein such as cooked chicken, beef or prawns, and plenty of fresh vegetables to your noodles. I am taking a simple noodles bowl under 2 min to the next level with our Rangoon Sunrise’s all natural ingredients Roasted Chickpea dressing. This dressing is always a winner when it comes to noodles bowl and one of my top secret to impress unexpected guests with delicious noodles bowl.

Spring Onions

Sesame seeds ( optional )



Cook the noodles as per instructions on the package, drain under cold water and set aside. Chop spring onions and chillies. Roast sesame seeds in the pan over low heat. Assemble the bowl with noodles, chopped spring onions, chillies. Drizzle or pour on the side of noodles like here. Sprinkle the sesame seeds and enjoy.
