Tasty Korean Bibimbap with Tea sauce

Korean cuisine is a favourite of mine and I particularly love their Bibimbap which is a rice dish topped off with a fried egg and some fresh vegetables. It’s super easy to make and tastes delicious and here is my own take on it.

After cooking some white rice, simply add some fresh bean sprouts, shredded carrots and charred corn kernels. You can add some spring onion for a little more spice and top with a fried egg. One tip I have is that I thinly slice the spring onion and soak it in a small bowl of cold water to reduce its intensity to my taste and crispen it up. I then add some of the Tea Sauce over the egg and salad to give it a boost of flavour and sprinkle Sunkissed Crunch for an extra crunch. That’s it, you have a delicious and healthy Korean Bibimbap that you can make at home easily.
