Aussie Backyard BBQ with Tea Sauce

Ingredients

 

Lettuce                                              1 head

Cucumber                                         2

Medley Tomatoes                            300g

Corn Chopped                                  1 pack – 4-6 pieces

Sun-kissed Crunch                          8 Tablespoons

Mimi’s Laphet Tea Dressing          4 Tablespoons

 

Preparation

 

Wash all the vegetables, wash and separate lettuce. Grill the corn on the cob in the oven or open BBQ till it get charred and ready. Meanwhile, cut the cucumber into bite sizes on the angle. Cut open the tomatoes.

On a large platter, spread lettuce, cucumber, charred corn on the cob, tomatoes. Dress with Mimi’s Laphet Tea dressing for seasoning. Pair it up with Sun-kissed crunch. Now we have successfully lift up an aussie backyard salad to the café style.
